It's all about the Body

Published December 2, 2024

This year I’ve repeatedly read this one quate from the grandmaster’s book: "Consciousness is the master of the art. It pervades all activities. When consciousness is present, progress will be rapid. When it is not present, activity will come to a halt. In practicing Tai Ci Chuan one must raise one’s consciousness."

Be in your own space, like master said, is essential point of view to fully capture the essence of being there in the moment. Any mistake you don’t see, hidden in unconscious, can be revealed only by becoming conscious of it. Before you see, many things remain unseen. Becoming aware of all things is a life long journey.

Even though mind and heart are important aspects of being a human, there is nothing without the body. Body is our existence. Body is the instrument we experience life through. It’s all about the body, like my teacher said. No need to see or feel any energies, but to be fully conscious of yourself. And for me Tai Chi is a very interesting tool to be part of the physical reality. Look through your thoughts and emotions, pay attention to the surroundings, and do your best to achieve your own goals.
